Using the Haven Mister

HavenMist Kit handheld sprayer in use

Step 1: Dilute HavenMist and fill the container.

Add water to 16 oz. of HavenMist solution to make one gallon (128 oz.) of finished mixture. This 1:8 dilution means one part concentrate in eight parts finished mixture. Unscrew the container and fill it with diluted solution. One gallon treats up to 3,000 sq. ft.

Step 2: Plug in and set intensity.

Plug into a standard power outlet. Roll dial all the way to the left for greatest mist output and press power switch on handle to turn on the mister.

Step 3: Mist Thoroughly.

Mist the entire room from ceiling to floor including all air space, surfaces, and items. Mist generously on fabric surfaces such as couches, beds, and carpets.

Notes

1. Floor may become slippery.

2. HavenMist does not penetrate wall and ceiling spaces as effectively as our hot fogging solution. Use HavenMist for continued maintenance.

3. People and pets may remain in the area throughout HavenMist misting.

4. After misting, we recommend small particle cleanup by wiping or HEPA vacuuming. Cleanup may begin immediately after misting or at any later time.

5. HavenFog is intended as a one-time treatment. Additional treatment may be needed if a significant mold problem has not yet been remediated or after another water event. Use HavenMist for continued maintenance.
