About HavenFog 1-Quart

HavenFog is an intensive, whole-room mold treatment designed to reach the nooks and crannies that surface sprays miss — ceiling corners, wall cavities, HVAC ducts, and furniture undersides. One quart of HavenFog solution treats up to 1,000 square feet when used in a hot fogger, dispersing a fine citrus-extract mist that neutralises airborne and surface mold without harsh chemicals or residues.

HavenFog is non-toxic, safe around pets, plants, and children, and is formulated specifically for households with chemically sensitive occupants. It is a safe and effective mold treatment choice for people with chemical sensitivities — backed by an MSDS of all zeros for harmful chemicals.

Key Ingredients

HavenFog is built on a citrus seed extract base developed by CitriSafe, BioBalance's sister company and the manufacturer of the Haven™ formula. The active compounds include:

• Grapefruit seed extract — broad-spectrum antimicrobial; disrupts mold cell membranes on contact
• Tangerine seed extract — enhances surface penetration and dispersal
• Lemon seed extract — citrus-derived antifungal and antimicrobial support
• Lime seed extract — reinforces citrus terpene activity across a wide range of mold species

The naturally occurring terpenes within these citrus seed extracts are classified as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the FDA. These ingredients leave no toxic residue, require no PPE, and produce no harmful off-gassing.

Material Safety

HavenFog has a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of all zeros for harmful chemicals — meaning no reportable hazardous substances, no toxic residues, and no dangerous off-gassing. It is one of the few mold treatment products on the market with this distinction, and it is the standard we hold every Haven™ product to.

People and pets should not remain in the treatment area for extended periods during fogging. It is best to leave the fog undisturbed for 24 hours after fogging is finished. Re-entry after 12 hours is acceptable. Ventilate the treated areas when people or pets return.

Safe and Easy to Use

HavenFog is intended as a one-time treatment. Additional treatment may be needed if a significant mold problem has not yet been remediated or after another water event. Use HavenMist for continued maintenance.
