The BioBalance Mold Spring Cleaning Bundle brings together three complementary Haven™ products into a single discounted kit — giving you everything needed to address airborne mold, carpet and furniture contamination, and ongoing surface maintenance in one comprehensive treatment protocol.

This bundle is formulated by Walter Hayhurst, RPh, founder of Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) and the chemist behind the entire BioBalance Haven™ product line. Each product uses a food-grade citrus seed extract base — including grapefruit seed extract, tangerine seed extract, lemon seed extract, and lime seed extract — with a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of all zeros for hazardous components.

What's in the Bundle

• HavenMist™ Kit — 360-watt corded HavenMister machine + one 16 oz. bottle of HavenMist solution diluted to one gallon total. Treats up to 3,000 sq. ft. of airborne mold in approximately 20 minutes. Designed for whole-room maintenance treatment.
• HavenClean™ — citrus-based carpet and furniture mold treatment solution. Formulated specifically for soft surfaces that cannot be fogged or misted. Treats carpet fibers, upholstered furniture, and area rugs.
• HavenWipe™ — 50 compostable citrus-based mold treatment wipes. For targeted treatment of hard surfaces, belongings, and daily mold maintenance between full treatments.
• Four ImmunoLytics® Mold Test Plates — for self-testing before and after treatment. Optional laboratory analysis by ImmunoLytics is available for an additional fee and is not included in the kit price.

How These Three Products Work Together

Effective mold management requires addressing all three environments where mold colonizes — the air, soft surfaces, and hard surfaces. Most single products address only one:

• HavenMist™ treats airborne mold spores dispersed throughout a room. The fine citrus-extract mist settles on walls, ceilings, and air pathways, treating mold at its source of spread.
• HavenClean™ treats carpet and furniture — soft surfaces that trap and hold mold spores even after airborne treatment. Apply after HavenMist to complete the surface treatment phase.
• HavenWipe™ handles hard surfaces and daily maintenance — counters, shelves, windowsills, and personal belongings. Use between full treatment sessions to prevent re-colonization.

Key Ingredients

All three Haven™ products in this bundle share the same citrus seed extract foundation:

• Grapefruit seed extract (GSE) — primary antimicrobial active; GRAS-classified by the FDA
• Tangerine seed extract — synergistic antimicrobial compound
• Lemon seed extract — enhances surface adhesion and penetration
• Lime seed extract — rounds out the citrus terpene spectrum

None of these ingredients appear on any hazardous substance list. The MSDS for HavenMist and HavenClean lists zero harmful chemicals — an unusually clean safety profile for a professional-grade mold treatment product.

Safe for Chemically Sensitive People

HavenMist, HavenClean, and HavenWipe were specifically formulated by Walter Hayhurst, RPh to be safe for individuals with chemical sensitivities, including those managing Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) or mold-related illness. Test Before and After with ImmunoLytics

The included mold test plates can be used for self-testing before and after treatment. Optional laboratory analysis by ImmunoLytics is available for an additional fee and is not included in the kit price. Follow the instructions included with the plates for your chosen testing option.

How to Use Your Bundle

HavenFog is intended as a one-time treatment. Additional treatment may be needed if a significant mold problem has not yet been remediated or after another water event. Use HavenMist for continued maintenance.

1. Test first: Place two ImmunoLytics mold test plates in the areas of concern for 1 hour, then follow the included instructions for your chosen testing option. Optional laboratory analysis by ImmunoLytics is available for an additional fee and is not included in the kit price.
2. Mist the air: Add water to 16 oz. of HavenMist solution to make one gallon (128 oz.) of finished mixture. This 1:8 dilution means one part concentrate in eight parts finished mixture. Fill the HavenMister with diluted solution. Mist each room for 10–15 minutes with doors and windows closed. People and pets may remain in the area throughout HavenMist misting.
3. Small particle cleanup: After misting, we recommend small particle cleanup by wiping or HEPA vacuuming. Cleanup may begin immediately after misting or at any later time.
4. Treat carpets and furniture: Add warm water to 16 oz. of HavenClean to make five gallons of finished solution. Apply the diluted solution using the directions on the label. Allow to air dry.
5. Wipe hard surfaces: Use enough HavenWipe wipes to keep the treated surface visibly wet for at least one minute, then let it air-dry.
6. Test after: Place the remaining two ImmunoLytics plates 5–7 days post-treatment to quantify your results.
