Within 30 days of delivery, you may return new, unopened merchandise in its original condition. Exceptions and restrictions apply.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders within one business day via USPS or UPS. Packages typically arrive within five days. Timing can vary, especially with shipping distance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at (800) 510-9244. Our team will assist you in placing your order over the phone to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

For international orders, BioBalance primarily ships via USPS. While exact delivery dates may be challenging to predict, tracking information for your order will be emailed to you. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees upon delivery.

Five-Year Fogger Replacement Warranty

Both HavenFogger models carry a five-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase. Any fogger failure during that period qualifies for a replacement. Contact us for assistance. BioBalance pays both return shipping and shipping of the replacement fogger to you.

Terms of Use

The five-year fogger replacement warranty stated above takes precedence over any conflicting warranty disclaimer in these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer: The use of this product constitutes user’s understanding and agreement that this product contains no warranty whatsoever express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any and all other express or implied warranties created by state or federal law including but not limited to the magnusin-moss warranty act, 15 u.s.c. 2031, all of which are hereby specifically disclaimed by manufacturer, distributor and seller and waived by user.

The use of this product constitutes user’s agreement that user shall not sue the manufacturer, distributor, or seller of this product and that user’s actual and consequential damages, if any, which are specifically denied, shall never exceed the replacement or purchase price refund of this product, as manufacturer might elect in its absolute discretion.
